Founded in 1995, the company has grown into an international platform with a presence across Kazakhstan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the United States, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan.
BI Group develops and delivers residential, commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure assets, managing the full project lifecycle — from investment, planning, design, and engineering to construction, delivery, and asset management. Our strength is built on proven execution, operational discipline, engineering expertise, and the ability to deliver complex projects across diverse markets.
